That’s quite the upgrade from those clunky old gasoline engines.

Performance

The modified 4×4 can trek up to 120 miles on a single charge. Sure, it’s not going to win any long-distance awards, but for a leisurely drive through the countryside, it’s more than adequate. Additionally, the existing transfer box has been preserved, letting drivers switch between high and low range, and even lock the differential for those trickier terrains.

Charging and Price

Equipped with 6.6 kW Type 2 charging capability and 60 kW DC fast charging, refueling this electric beast is quick and straightforward. Charging from 20% to 80% takes just 38 minutes, perfect for a coffee break. But the transformation doesn’t come cheap. Priced at around $199,000, including the donor vehicle, it’s a luxurious nod to a classic era.
