There’s pushing boundaries, and then there’s the Ramgler, a custom creation by Shaune E. from Florida that’s turning heads all around. At first glance, this might look like a Jeep, but under the surface, it’s a Ram 1500. This mashup, known as the Ramgler, merges the robust spirit of a Jeep Wrangler with the solid foundation of a Ram pickup, making it one peculiar but intriguing off-road beast.

Build Details

The base vehicle started as a standard Ram 1500 but soon underwent a transformation that leaves it barely recognizable. Out went the stock grille, bumper, and headlights, all replaced by authentic Wrangler JL pieces. The aftermarket bumper features an integrated bull bar, aligning with the Jeep trope. A custom cut to the Ram’s front fenders provides a seamless blend with the narrower Jeep front, and a wide LED light bar links the grille with the hood, backed by a snorkel aimed at boosting those off-road chops.

Altered Rear

For the rear, Shaune took the bold step of chopping the truck’s overhang, ditching the tailgate entirely. This modification improves the departure angle, vital for serious off-roading, while the incorporation of the Wrangler-style taillights and a rugged bumper further embraces the Jeep aesthetic. It rolls out on chunky 37-inch tires which pair well with the suspension’s two-inch lift to complete its off-road-ready stance.
