An issue with the brake pedal pivot pin has put over 259,033 vehicles at risk. The affected models include Honda’s Pilot SUV and Acura’s MDX and TLX. This is not a problem to overlook, as a misplaced brake pedal could unintentionally engage the accelerator or be prevented from depressing altogether.
