This flexibility means Audi isn’t letting go of its performance models anytime soon. The sporty RS series, like the popular RS6, will see hybrid powerplants. Future Models

While an updated R8 or TT remains under wraps, Dolner hinted at new developments without giving too much away. For now, Audi plans to roll out an A3-sized electric vehicle by 2026, catering to entry-level buyers alongside the A3 and Q3 models, as smaller vehicles like the A1 and Q2 are phased out.

Audi won’t dive into the smallest EV segment like Volkswagen with the ID.2, but they are leading the charge in developing the Volkswagen Group’s upcoming Scalable Systems Platform. This new tech is expected to handle both electric and combustion engine needs, ensuring Audi remains at the forefront of innovation.
