Porsche TR 900 Power

Manhart’s Latest Marvel

When Porsche rolls out a 911 Turbo S, the automotive world pays attention. Riding high with a fierce reputation, it’s no surprise that enthusiasts crave even more from this iconic sports car. Enter Manhart, the tuning maestros who’ve waved their magic wand over the 992-gen Turbo S to create the TR 900 II. With enhancements courtesy of a robust performance kit, this revamped 911 doesn’t just talk the talk—it walks the walk with jaw-dropping power and the looks to match.

Unreal Power

In a world where electric vehicles are flexing impressive horsepower, Manhart proves the internal combustion engine still holds its ground without the aid of batteries. The standard Turbo S already flaunts 640 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Yet, the TR 900 II ratchets everything up, churning out a mighty 922 metric horsepower—equivalent to 909 imperial hp—and 804 lb-ft. This upgrade is thanks to a Manhart Turbo performance kit, some deft ECU remapping, and a brand-new stainless steel exhaust system with valve control.

The TR 900 II retains the carbon-ceramic brakes from the original Turbo S, which are more than capable of handling this newfound power. While Manhart keeps specific performance figures under wraps, the stock Turbo S nails the 0-60 mph sprint in around 2.6 seconds. With all this added power, there’s every reason to believe the TR 900 II could shave a couple of tenths off that, putting it in the low two-second range.

Visual Impact

The 911 Turbo S, while ferociously quick, isn’t necessarily the showiest Porsche. Manhart’s TR 900 II breaks from this mold, standing out with 21-inch front and 22-inch rear Concave One forged wheels. These pair beautifully with the new stance, resulting from Manhart’s lowering springs that drop the body’s height by 1.2 inches.

The Moshammer aero kit transforms the car’s silhouette—it includes an aggressive front splitter, pronounced side skirts, and a rear diffuser. Top it off with a larger carbon fiber rear spoiler, and the TR 900 II looks every bit the part of a track day beast.

Inside, the signature Manhart style continues with black body stripes, custom wheel finishes, and branded touches like the Manhart steering wheel logo and floor mats. Regardless, the overall interior feel remains largely the same as the standard Turbo S. While the price for this tuned beast hasn’t been disclosed, expect it to significantly exceed the base $230,400 of a standard model. Engineering this kind of power and style into a vehicle isn’t a budget exercise, but for those who seek the thrill of the unreal, the TR 900 II promises to deliver an unforgettable drive.
